西藏不僅是文化與宗教的熱點。近來，美國恢復對流亡藏人的援助、中國加快推動高原水壩建設，以及達賴喇嘛繼任問題，都讓西藏議題再次成為國際焦點。

在這些全球目光交會下，西藏如何被重新構築為地緣戰略議題？主權爭議將如何影響區域安全與國際秩序？

本場講座特邀英國南安普敦大學朱明琴博士，從主權爭議切入，邀請大家一起深入思考西藏在地緣政治中的新角色。

About the Talk

Tibet has reemerged as a hotspot in global politics. U.S. support for Tibetan exiles, China’s hydropower expansion, and debates over the Dalai Lama’s succession are all fueling new questions

about sovereignty and regional security.

Dr. Ming-chin Monique Chu (University of Southampton) will explore what makes Tibet a strategic flashpoint today.
