半導體是中國最受關注的戰略產業之一，近年話題度持續升高。在中國大陸內部，關於半導體的公共討論是什麼樣態？這些討論又透露了哪些社會氛圍與觀點脈絡？

「知乎」作為中國大陸的知識社群平台，提供我們觀察其內部公共討論與意識形態的窗口。本場國關Talk邀請到來自德國的Kristin Shi-Kupfer博士，以「知乎」上的相關討論為案例，分享她的研究與分析。 

▌講者介紹
Shi-Kupfer 博士現任德國特里爾大學漢學系教授，並兼任德國智庫 MERICS 資深研究員，研究領域涵蓋中國的數位政治、媒體政策、公民社會與人權議題。她曾在北京從事媒體與研究工作多年，累積深厚田野經驗，中文亦相當流利。此次來臺以外交部臺獎學人身份駐點於政大創新與創造力研究中心，持續推展相關研究。

▌What's the talk about?
Semiconductors are at the heart of China's strategic ambitions, but how are they debated inside the country? Zhihu, one of China's leading knowledge-sharing platforms, provides a rare window into how public discussions intersect with state ideology. Join Prof. Kristin Shi-Kupfer as she explores this timely case.

▌About the Speaker
Prof. Kristin Shi-Kupfer (Professor of Sinology, University of Trier; Senior Associate Fellow, MERICS) is a leading expert on China's digital politics, media policy, civil society, and human rights. Having lived and worked in Beijing for years as both a journalist and researcher, she brings rich on-the-ground insights. She is currently in Taiwan as a MOFA Taiwan Fellowship Scholar at NCCU's Center for Creativity and Innovation Studies.
