Founded in 1964, Issues & Studies is the oldest social science English-language journal in East Asia. The journal covers topics related to national development and international affairs in Taiwan, Greater China, and the East Asian regions, as well as other regional development issues closely related to East Asia. It is indexed in the ESCI and Scopus databases.
